Export your Profile base with the Export API

New major feature: Batch technical clients can now export their Profile base in full autonomy, leveraging the dedicated Export API.

This developer experience enhancement enables them to seamlessly integrate their data with other key MarTech solutions, including BI tools, analytics platforms, and internal databases.

By breaking siloed data architectures, this new Export API provides Batch technical users with a simpler, more efficient and cost-effective data synchronisation and integration process across multiple tools and systems.

Functional details

Without external assistance, Batch users can now export both Profile Identifiers and Profile Native Attributes.

These Profile Native Attributes include: email address, phone number, region, time, language, but also marketing subscription status for the Email and SMS channels.

Plans & pricing

This feature is available at no extra cost, for both Omnichannel and One Channel licences.
