Batch is the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) for large enterprise customers (retail, banking, media, luxury, services) with B2C audiences in millions.
The company was founded in 2015 by Antoine Guénard (CPO) and Simon Dawlat (CEO).
We’re a team of 90 people based in Paris & Lyon with offices in the UK & DACH working with 350+ enterprise customers across EMEA (LVMH, L’Oréal, Leboncoin, Decathlon among others). Our data platform stores more than 2 billion new data points each day and our messaging platform delivers north of 1 trillion messages per year.
Clotilde Rousseau (CRO), Hervé Lourdin (CTO), and Nicolas Ducharme (CFO & CPeO) also sit on the committee.
In 2021, after 6 years of bootstrapping, Batch raised its first-ever 20M€ round of financing with Expedition Capital and Orange Ventures to build the future of CRM (you can read our Series B manifesto here).

At Batch, we believe exceptional companies differentiate by building deeply personalized relationships with their customers.
However, acquiring a single customer view and then executing multi-channel CRM campaigns at scale proves to be difficult for modern marketers because of MarTech debt (proliferation of point solutions, legacy platforms, overall irrelevant data models).
That’s why we’re building a vertically integrated all-in-one platform.
It lets marketers (i) collect and update customer data in real-time across all sources using APIs & SDKs, (ii) operate lifecycle messaging at scale through all channels (Email, Mobile/Web Push Notifications, SMS, In-App Messaging) and (iii) connect to any other MarTech solution they use (CDPs, Analytics, etc.).
