The second quarter of 2025 marks a new milestone in the evolution of Batch’s customer engagement platform. We’re excited to introduce the latest innovations that show our ongoing commitment to meeting your needs in a market that never stops evolving.

Our product and engineering teams have designed and released a suite of features to help you every day: streamlining campaign creation, expanding your targeting options, and unlocking new performance levers.

Mobile Landing v2

Take your in-app messaging to the next level with Mobile Landing v2. As soon as users open a notification, they’re greeted with personalized experiences created using our brand new, fully redesigned drag & drop editor. It’s a tool made to unleash your team’s creativity while keeping everything simple.

Email countdown block

Boost engagement in your email campaigns with our new countdown timer block. Effortlessly embedded into your designs, this timer encourages users to take action. Available upon request.

Targeting & orchestration

Segment duplication

Reuse your best-performing audience segments with a single click. This feature speeds up the creation of new campaigns while leveraging your previous learnings.

Expanded multi-segment targeting

You can now combine up to 20 segments in a single orchestration (previously 10). This opens up new ways to build ultra-personalized campaigns for every audience.

Faster segment export

Export your segments up to 8x faster—even with large user bases. This technical upgrade makes your daily workflows smoother than ever.

Targeting & personalization

Cross-channel push retargeting

Retarget users who have (or haven’t) interacted with a previous Push v2 campaign, enabling truly personalized journeys. This feature significantly expands your orchestration options.

Enhanced targeting criteria

You can now target users based on app install date or version (iOS/Android) in Push v2. Perfect for personalized onboarding scenarios or update promotions.
