New: Saved Segments

Saved Segments are now available for Campaigns and Automations.

Saved Segments allow marketers to create, save, and re-use dynamic user segments using the Batch Segmentation Engine they use every day.

Functional reminder & use cases

With this new feature, marketers can now:

• Create and save Segments;
• Name Saved Segments;
• Re-use Saved Segments in Campaigns & Automations in just one click.

Note: Saved Segments can be modified without affecting running campaigns, It’s also possible to use one or more Saved Segments in a campaign since Saved Segments import pre-filled conditions.

Feature Plan & Pricing

All Batch customers with an Omnichannel licence can use this feature at no extra cost with automatic activation.
