Unified Push Management
All Push platform are now configurable within the Automation Builder. With the integration of Web Push in all types of Orchestration, you can broadcast your message to all Push platforms (Web, Apps - iOS & Android) through a single Automation.
Web support in Push V2
Web Push is now fully integrated into the Automation Builder, enabling you to create Recurring, or Trigger-based Automations on the Web platform. This enhancement lets you orchestrate Automations that mix Web and Mobile Push notifications, ensuring a seamless, multichannel experience tailored to your users’ preferences. With Web Push as part of your toolkit, you can reach your audience more effectively across devices and platforms without duplicating efforts.

Unified Push Channel composer
With the integration of Web Push into the Push Channel composer, you now have a unified composition interface for all pushes—Web Windows, Web iOS, iOS, and Android. The Unified Push Channel simplifies orchestration management by consolidating Web and Mobile Push into one streamlined module. This feature enables you to configure, preview, and deploy push notifications across Android, iOS, and Web platforms without replicating campaigns. Whether you’re crafting complex Automations or targeting users based on opt-in preferences, this integration ensures effortless coordination and enhanced message delivery.
Strengthened segmentation and targeting capabilities
Best in class audience targeting is essential for creating engaging Campaigns and building relevant Automation based on your customers' actions. With Event targeting V2, you can segment your users according to actions and events. These new capabilities are designed to reinforce the targeting power of your Orchestration.
Events Targeting V2
The new Event-Based Targeting feature allows leveraging dynamic, real-time event data across all sources - mobile SDKs, web SDKs, and APIs. You can target users based on event counts, recurring conditions, and detailed multi-attribute conditions, offering unparalleled precision. Options like flexible data retention, advanced filtering, and precise targeting based on attributes like product or language help make your campaigns more relevant and adaptable.

Target imported tokens in the CEP
Target Imported Tokens feature enables to target push tokens imported from third-party tools. This means you can reach users even before they open your app, ensuring a smooth transition to Batch CEP without losing contact with your audience. Additionally, flexible targeting options - available from both the dashboard and the API - let you tailor your campaigns to include live tokens, imported tokens, or both, giving you full control over your messaging strategy.
Targeting - on native attributes “Has Custom ID” / “Push opt-in attribute”
Native Attributes Targeting lets you engage users based on opt-in preferences or whether they’re identified or anonymous. This feature allows you to prioritize cost-effective channels like Push before using Email or SMS and to build campaigns that encourage anonymous users to create accounts. By delivering messages on the right channel, you’ll enhance engagement while optimizing campaign costs.
Experiment Smarter with A/B Test
To build high-performance CRM campaigns, you must test multiple formats and content. The new A/B testing features allow you to fine-tune your Campaigns and Recurring Automations, testing all the different components of your messages, through up to 4 other variants, which opens up new fields of experimentation and optimization for your campaign messages.
A/B Test on Email and Push for Campaigns & Recurring Automations
A/B Testing is now available for both Email and Push Campaigns & Recurring Automations, empowering you to experiment with up to four message variants. Test key elements like subject lines, creative content, and CTAs to identify top-performing strategies. Real-time metrics and post-test analysis ensure data-driven decisions, helping you maximize engagement and optimize recurring automations.

Improved Orchestration and Events Analytics
Understanding the performance of your Orchestrations is an essential step in developing your CRM strategies. With new filter capabilities on your campaign analytics, you'll be able to drill down even further into your results. New API export capabilities will also help you automate the creation of your reports, so that you can focus on the essentials.
Trends & Filters in Orchestration Analytics
This new Orchestration Analytics feature provides a detailed view of orchestrations performance across channels. Filter by language, orchestration’s step, or date to uncover actionable insights and refine your strategy. With exportable data and granular performance metrics, this update helps you optimize multi-step and multi-language campaigns like never before.

Export SMS & Push events by API
With the new API export capabilities, you can now extract events from Push and SMS channels for deeper analysis. Gain access to detailed performance data and integrate it with third-party tools to refine your marketing strategy. Advanced Profiles View
Having a better understanding of your customers' habits, and to which messages they have reacted, within a unified view, will contribute to your ability to develop segmentation more suited to your business needs. New reachability event export and display messaging event features enhance the holistic Profiles View available on the platform.
Display messaging events on Profile View
Profile View now includes Messaging Events, displaying details of messages received by users across Push, SMS, and Email channels. With campaign names and links included, this feature improves customer support by making it easier to identify issues with message delivery. Gain a clearer picture of user interactions to enhance troubleshooting and engagement efforts.

Export reachability events for Profiles
Export Reachability Events enables you to track when users subscribe to channels like SMS, Email, or Push. This data, accessible via the Profile API, ensures greater deliverability and facilitates integration with external tools.
