Export custom attributes via API

Major enhancement: It’s now possible for your tech teams to export custom attributes for Profiles via API instead of relying on custom exports.

This means that Batch clients can now autonomously export all attributes associated with a Profile.

Following the release of the Export API, which allowed the export of identifiers and native attributes, this enhancement improves the developer experience by allowing them to easily integrate their data with key MarTech solutions such as BI tools, analytics platforms, and internal databases.

This new API simplifies data synchronisation and integration for Batch technical users, breaking down siloed data architectures and reducing cost and complexity across multiple tools and systems.

Who can use it?

A developer from your tech team or development agency.

How do we activate this feature?

To activate this particular API, your tech team or agency will both need:

• The Profile API (doc) to create exports;
• The Export API (doc) to list and get exports files.
