New feature release: thanks to the Quiet Hours, it's now possible to avoid sending email messages in Automations during a certain time period you define.
By preventing messages from being sent during certain hours, Quiet Hours gives you more control over the management of your Trigger Automations. Indeed, without Quiet Hours, the time of entrance in Automations will determine a lot of things. For example if a user enters by night, he might receive communications sent at day+1, day+3 by night.
With Quiet Hours you can make sure the user will receive messages at optimal times only.
By enabling brands to be more in control of sending time, this feature helps improve engagement rates and reduce unsubscribes.
Feature Setup
Beyond selecting a quiet hour time slot (e.g. from 10pm to 8am the next day), you can specify on each message step if you want to skip or not the Quiet Hour selected for the Automation.
For example if you want to send an order confirmation and at day+3 a follow up email, you’ll want to skip Quiet Hours on the first sending and respect it on the second.
Feature Plan & Pricing
All Batch customers with an Omnichannel licence will be able to use this feature at no extra cost with automatic activation.
