Data Management
CRM teams are freed from technical constraints with the new Data Management features, enabling them to manipulate, export, and enrich their data with complete autonomy.
You can easily manage customer data integrated into Batch, and leverage it without relying on your technical teams to access essential insights.
Data Management Section
Data Management gives you a complete view of all the data integrated into the Batch Data Platform, whatever the source. It clearly separates Attribute and Event data, while giving you instant visibility into Active and Archived data.
It enables the management and activation of data that can be used to build relevant Orchestration and Targeting modules related to all available data in Batch.
You’ll find contextual details on data sources and activation history, making it easier for CRM teams to rename fields and quickly find them when building targeting queries. You can also spot anomalies more easily, and override attribute types when needed, no dev help required.
Segments Export
You can now export dynamic Segments directly from the dashboard in CSV format with no technical help needed.
Get the full autonomy you need by selecting the segment you want, and exporting Profiles in it. Your export will be sent by email, and remain available for 3 months. You don’t need the help of your tech team to export segments, neither to use any API.
Your export includes Custom ID, Profile ID, Email, and Phone number, perfect for analyzing segments in third-party tools or syncing audiences with platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads.
Audience Importer v2
Audience Importer v2 automates Audience imports from any sources, enabling seamless data synchronization with Batch. Audience Importer v2 automatically fetches lists from FTP or SFTP sources as soon as they’re updated, ensuring continuous sync between your data sources and Batch.
This enhancement ensures that Batch audiences stay up to date, enabling real-time targeting and dynamic campaign orchestration.
Export Push Subscription status by API
Export subscription status data across any channel, including e-mail, SMS and Push (App and Web). This allows rapid integration to Business Intelligence tools, Analytics tools, and even connectors.
Simplify profile attribute exports during your migration to Batch and ensure seamless Data Warehouse integration.
Targeting & Retargeting
Optimizing customer engagement requires better segmentation and more precise targeting. With Targeting and Retargeting features, you can tailor your messages according to past interactions and activate ultra-relevant audiences across all your channels.
Fully leverage your database to maximize conversion and loyalty, and ensure greater responsiveness and impact for your CRM campaigns.
Retargeting CEP (Email / SMS)
Retargeting is now fully available across Email and SMS Orchestrations - both Campaigns and Automations, allowing you to reconnect with users based on their previous interactions.
Whether they opened, clicked, or ignored a message, you can fine-tune your targeting and trigger relevant follow-ups. This update enhances engagement strategies, ensuring your messages reach the right users at the right time without additional setup.

Targeting on Push Platforms Opt-in
With Targeting on Push Platform Opt-in, you can now segment users based on their push opt-in status across Web, iOS, and Android. This feature enables more precise targeting, ensuring messages are sent only to users who have opted in on each platform.

Analytics
Managing your CRM campaigns means first and foremost understanding their performance, as more accurate data helps you to build more effective campaigns.
Our new Analytics features give you a clearer view of your results, allowing you to track every stage of your automations and messages. With these insights, you can refine your strategy, improve engagement, and maximize conversions.
Performance Analytics
Performance Analytics is your go-to page for a high-level performance overview, providing a dedicated view of all the channels. This page allows you to track the overall performance of your Email, Push, and SMS channels over time.
You can visualize your performance and key metrics over all Orchestrations (Campaign or Automation). With this new analytics page, you gain a comprehensive view of your key metrics, easily identify trends, and explore details with advanced filters. Metrics can be displayed by day, week, or month.
Track how your bounce rate — and other key metrics — evolve over time, and uncover performance trends at a glance.
Contextual Automation Analytics
Contextual Automation Analytics brings real-time performance data directly into the Automation Builder, allowing you to monitor email, SMS, and push message engagement at each step.
Get instant visibility on each step’s performance, so you can double down on what works - and fix what doesn’t - right from the builder.
Thanks to Contextual Automation Analytics, you can easily assess the effectiveness of A/B tests, pinpoint bottlenecks, and fine-tune engagement strategies for better results.
Dashboard Improvement
We've improved the UI of our platform to ensure that managing your campaigns and automations is quicker and more intuitive. With these new enhancements, you benefit from instant access to key information, improved filtering, and a clearer display of your options. Our goal is to save your time, so you can concentrate on what really matters: delivering high-performance messages on the right channel.
Dashboard & Builder UX/UI Improvements
We’ve refined Orchestration Listings, Query Builder, and Automation Builder to improve usability and streamline campaign management. The enhanced UI provides better visibility into orchestration health, clearer targeting options, and improved push platform segmentation.
These enhancements simplify every step of your workflow, from building to tracking to optimization. As you can now spend less time navigating the platform and more time optimizing your campaigns with a cleaner, more intuitive UI.
