Data in. No ticket required.

Launching a new campaign shouldn't mean filing a ticket and waiting. But when your data team has to manually pull attributes or events into Batch every time, that's exactly what happens.

Our take: if your data lives in the cloud, it should always be available in Batch. No stack overhaul. No custom dev. No waiting on anyone.

That's why we built Cloud Sync, the connectivity hub between your data cloud and your CRM.

Here's how it works:

  • Pick your source (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)

  • Choose the data you want to sync

  • Set the frequency

Setting up a goal takes three inputs:

  • Conversion event: the user action that counts (e.g. completed_purchase)

  • Attribution window: how long after receiving a message an action still counts as a conversion

  • Business value: if you want to track revenue generated
