New Email Analytics enhancement: You can zoom in on Email Campaign and Email Automation bounce performance through the lens of mailbox providers (i.e. Gmail, Hotmail / Outlook, Apple, etc.).
This insight is key for brands as we know that each email provider also has their own requirements, such as the recent guidelines enforced by Gmail and Yahoo for those considered 'bulk senders'.
Functional details
Some few functional points regarding the Email Bounce Reporting:
- The Reporting only displays mailbox providers with at least one bounce;
- The list can be sorted by volume sent or bounce rate;
- Batch users can also break down bounces according to their levels: Hard, Soft and Block bounces (you can find their respective definitions in the Email Analytics Glossary).
Feature Plan & Pricing
All Batch customers with an Omnichannel license can use this feature at no extra cost with automatic activation.
