    Why do the stats of my app don’t appear on the dashboard?

    Make sure that you used the Live API key in the build you uploaded on the store. If the problem persists, take a look at the troubleshooting section or contact the support team.

    Why Batch Analytics seems to show incorrect data?

    Make sure that the SDK is integrated properly. You need to implement Batch on the main activity (the one that starts the app) and on any other activity where you want to call Batch functions.

    How often is the data refreshed?

    DAUs, installs and starts showed on the Overview tab are refreshed daily, at 12:00 PM GMT. The custom data and the number of tokens are refreshed in real time.
